If you are receiving "Email does not exist" message, please follow steps below:


Steps:

1.  Enter email address you have used to register with BDTax.

2.  Click Restore.

3.  After clicking Restore, following message will appear:

4.  Check your email inbox to open Reset Your Password email.  Check your spam or junk folder, if you don't see password reset email in your inbox.

5.  Option 1:  Please reset your password by clicking the reset password link below.

6.  Option 2:  Click password reset URL or copy and paste password reset URL in your browser.

7.  Enter new password into Password and Retype Password fields.  Click Save button.


8.  Your password is now updated.  Please use new password to sign in.
